 The Madge WLAN Intrusion Detection demonstrations drew great praise
from customers, channel partners and vendors alike. During the 4
day Wi-Fi Planet event, nearly 10,000 daily wireless events were
detected, filtered and analysed, revealing some 200 802.11a/b/g/
access points, 20-30 attacks and hundreds of wireless conversations.
'Just about everyone was very impressed, and it was quickly noticed
that no other competitive product enables such fast and simple set
up of a wireless intrusion detection and monitoring system', Peter

phones at or near the booth were amazed that the Madge WLAN Probe
2 was able to identify their phone and those of others.'
